Grammy nominations are out

The 2010 Grammy nominations were announced on the 2nd and it's a good list this year. I'm not always crazy about the Grammy Awards, but some of my favorites were nominated and I will have my fingers crossed.

I may choose to watch the awards this year, though that's still up in the air. I watched last year, hoping that the Best Alternative Album category, in which Phoenix was nominated. Of course, that category did not make it to air and I was subjected to Taylor Swift butchering Fleetwood Mac songs. I pray for better musical performance this time around. That may influence my decision to watch the telecast on February 13.
